The Champion Sound

OK...so I really want to know: What is "the Champion Sound"?

Anybody?

Chemical Brothers, Fat Boy Slim, Freestylers...heck a whole lotta Dj mixes and reggae all refer to it...how you'll know it and love it and it'll take you away.
I really want to know - does it refer to any specific sound, or jsut the crazy tingly vibe you get when the music is just right??

It's an album by Jaylib. Also saw stuff about The Champion Sound as a contest, Hip-Hop vs. Dancehall/Reggae.
