Wow I'm full.
It was the summer potluck in our building at work. 70 people each brought food from all over the world. I brought chocolate derbys with vanilla filling (sorry magnus, I forgot to take a picture). There was even octopus. We ate it ALL.
It was all soooo good.
I think I'm gonna asplode.

Derby's with octopus filling, although moose or squirrel might be more appropriate.
I still think the filling requires booze.
I might make baileys or frangelico flavored filling for myself, but being a work thing I figured I'd stay away from the booze. It was a "test" - chocolate and vanilla pudding inside. Now that I know it works I can get funky with them...no octopus tho.
